Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with our hotel's goals and objectives.
Recruit and Hire StaffRecruit and hire staff, including front desk agents, housekeepers, and maintenance personnel, to ensure that our hotel has the right people in the right positions.
Supervise StaffSupervise and manage our hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
Conduct Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews with our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
Negotiate with SuppliersNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals on materials and supplies, ensuring that our hotel is operating efficiently and effectively.
Negotiate with ClientsNegotiate with clients to secure the best possible rates for the use of our hotel facilities, ensuring that we are maximizing our revenue.
Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and ExpensesPrepare and manage our hotel's budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that we are operating within our means.
Implement Marketing ActivitiesDevelop and implement marketing activities to promote our hotel and attract new customers.
Enforce Policies and ProceduresEnforce our hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring that our staff are adhering to our standards and that our guests are receiving exceptional service.
Develop and Implement Business PlansDevelop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability at our hotel.
Requirements- Education
A degree in hospitality or a related field is required.
ExperienceA minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel management role is required.
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills are required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
