Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Southfort Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations, including front desk duties, guest services, and maintenance.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome, and their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and business performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and initiative.
