We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
  • Operations and Administration: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, and team player.
