About Us


Railside Lounge and Leisure Centre INC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our food service team.



Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.



Duties and Responsibilities


  • Establish work schedules: Develop efficient work plans to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise staff: Train and manage a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Train staff: Provide ongoing training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies: Ensure accurate estimates for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Maintain quality control: Monitor food and service quality, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards.
  • Address customer complaints: Respond to customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare reports: Submit regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Establish methods: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain high-quality standards.


Requirements


  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Work setting: Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment is essential.
  • Skills and qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team are necessary.

Estimated Salary
