Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent for various creative and technical positions within the studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the creative industry.
  • Source and select candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through regular communication and timely feedback.
  • Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient and organized recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the creative industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, including ATS and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
