  • Administer and optimize VMware ESXi, vCenter, and vSphere environments to ensure high performance and availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to HA, DRS, and other advanced ESXi features.
  • Manage storage replication and backup solutions to ensure continuous data protection and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of system logs to identify performance optimization opportunities.
  • Implement and oversee backup strategies using Veeam, Avamar, or similar tools to ensure data integrity.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong familiarity with Dell and/or VMware offerings, including ESXi, vCenter, and vSphere.
  • Experience in managing incident response situations and ensuring business continuity.
  • Deep understanding of information security principles and best practices.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as needed, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
