Grocery Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grocery Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Asian G Mart. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our grocery department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of grocery clerks, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform store operations decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or grocery store environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. As a Grocery Clerk Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
