Grocery Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grocery Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Asian G Mart. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our grocery department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of grocery clerks, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that products are properly stored and displayed.
- Supervise and train new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or grocery environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform other tasks as required.
