Job Title: Team Lead, Global Sales Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead, Global Sales Planning to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our global sales planning team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and profitability across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze sales data and market research to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and product development.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and timely planning.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in a global environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
