We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at North Star Pho Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing customer complaints.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Inspect the restaurant to ensure safe working conditions and compliance with safety regulations.
- Balance cash and record sales to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management on a daily basis.
