Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Supervise and motivate hotel staff to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
- Operations Management: Coordinate and assign tasks, manage budgets, and maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of hotel equipment and machinery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $$65,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
