Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile invoices in a timely manner
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
  • Perform daily tasks and controls to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed
Requirements
  • AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business, or similar field
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Good understanding of reconciliations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
