Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up meetings
- Identify and communicate with high potential customers and prospects
- Assist in the loan approval process by reviewing loan files and ensuring accurate completion of documentation
- Enter customer and financial details into the lending system with a high degree of accuracy
- A diploma in business and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Specialized knowledge of lending procedures and approaches
- A love for agriculture and a passion for working in partnership with a team
