Job Title: Automotive Body Shop Foreman/Woman

At Skydome Truck & Coach Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Shop Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality repairs, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train a team of technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform high-quality repairs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all repairs meet our high standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and materials as needed to ensure that the shop is well-stocked and equipped to handle repairs.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on shop performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an automotive body shop, with a strong background in leadership and supervision.
  • Certifications: Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
