Job Title: Automotive Body Shop Supervisor

At ROAD LINK XPRESS, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Body Shop Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our body shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Operations: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Training: Train or arrange for training to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all employees follow health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
