Job Title: Automotive Body Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Shop Supervisor to join our team at ROAD LINK XPRESS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our body shop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Production and Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports, tracking key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that the body shop is well-stocked and equipped to meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the automotive body repair industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
