Job Title: Automotive Body Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Shop Supervisor to join our team at ROAD LINK XPRESS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our body shop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operations: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of body shop operations, including repair work, paint finishing, and customer service.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the automotive body repair industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
