We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Health Sciences Association of BC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff and members, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, as required.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
