Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor - Operations Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at New York Fries. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules and train staff
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Cost products and services
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Provide customer service

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and flexibility
