Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at New York Fries. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- Train staff
- Supervise staff
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Cost products and services
- Conduct performance reviews
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Provide customer service
- Leading/instructing individuals
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Set staff work schedules
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
