We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President of Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our efforts in these areas and will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs related to health, education, social services, and community organizations.
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including human and financial resources, to support these initiatives.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support the organization's goals.
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- 30 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
