Executive Director of Health and Social Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President of Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization's efforts in these critical areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to promote health, education, and social services.
- Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support our mission.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective service delivery.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve our goals.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on our behalf.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- 5-10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in health, education, or social services.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Accurate and efficient, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
