Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the establishment and management of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or engineering
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, leadership, or a related field
