Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Heal Wellness. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, addressing their concerns and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

  • 35-40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
