Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Sukhcharan Singh. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Childcare and Education: Develop and implement engaging and educational activities to promote the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Household Management: Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping duties.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children, including administering medication and providing first aid when necessary.
- Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with parents, including daily reports and updates on children's activities and progress.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other childcare providers and support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient childcare service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, time management, patience, and honesty
- Work Setting: Employer's home
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
