Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at OZONE WEST WELLNESS LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
As a Food and Beverage Service Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.
