About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at COLOREX INC. in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weigh and measure resins, colorants, and other chemicals according to precise formulae to ensure accurate material production.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of materials produced, identifying any defects or irregularities.
  • Operate mixing machines to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity, ensuring optimal product quality.
  • Unload mixture into containers or conveyors for further processing, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Load and off-load machines, ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep.
  • Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
Work Environment

The Machine Operator will work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to dust and heat. The ideal candidate will be able to distinguish between colors, possess attention to detail, and be physically capable of handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
