Les Produits Belt-Tech inc is seeking a skilled Loom Operator to join our team in a textile plant environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to operate looms and ensure efficient production of textile fabrics and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate looms to weave yarn or thread into textile fabrics or products
  • Read loom patterns and prepare loom pattern mechanisms for processing
  • Verify equipment's efficiency and make adjustments as needed
  • Patrol machines and check fabrics or products for defects and to verify efficient operation
  • Notify supervisor or repairers of mechanical malfunctions
Requirements:
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment
  • Standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Team player with accurate and reliable work habits
