MIDTOWN SUBS LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the cafeteria
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports on cafeteria operations
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
