Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at FRESGO INN RESTAURANT. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory effectively.
- Hire and train new food service staff to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Food Service Supervisor or similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent qualification.

Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week, permanent employment.
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, following all health and safety protocols.

Compensation:
