Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Aspire Software. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a mission-critical role in driving financial growth and success across our portfolio of enterprise software companies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage period-end close, budgeting and forecasting, statutory audits, and integrations of new businesses
* Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of acquired companies
* Lead projects impacting accounting and provide guidance on complex accounting issues
* Collaborate with the investment partner to scale up the finance organization and intake new businesses into the portfolio

Requirements:

* Qualified Financial Accountant with a bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline
* 10+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 5+ years in team management
* Previous experience working for a SaaS Software company or Private Equity business with finance function P&L ownership highly advantageous
* Fast learner and adaptable – time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP (or similar) is highly advantageous
