Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Fluidra North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the pool industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including national accounts, pool builders, retail accounts, and OEMs.
  • Attend trade shows and table tops to promote Fluidra products and services.
  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce database of Fluidra customers.
  • Sell programs and services to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sales demand to pull Zodiac products through territory distribution.
  • Represent the Zodiac Sales Department for specific or unusual accounts.
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
  • Travel throughout assigned territories to call on regular and prospective customers.
  • Quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained from distribution and national accounts.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience and/or training.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while balancing customer needs with Zodiac corporate goals of revenue and profitability.
  • Ability to operate basic Microsoft office software, Google email and scheduling, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
  • S. in a technical field or equivalent technical product experience is preferred.
