Pioneer Food Services Limited is currently seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service establishment. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory levels to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize waste.
  • E nsuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food to meet high-quality standards.
  • Preparing and submitting reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Establishing methods to meet work schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
