Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
  • Develop and implement learning plans tailored to individual children's needs
  • Assist colleagues with housekeeping and cooking duties
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings
  • Maintain daycare equipment and facilities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children aged 0-12 years
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
