About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor junior and intermediate staff in geotechnical engineering projects
  • Develop and implement geotechnical engineering projects from proposal to completion
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including personnel and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • University degree in Geotechnical, Civil or Geological Engineering or related field
  • Senior-level experience in geotechnical engineering
  • Professional Engineering Designation in British Columbia or eligibility for registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
