Senior Geotechnical Engineer Opportunity

Pinchin is seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Richmond, BC. As a key member of our Geotechnical Engineering Group, you will be responsible for leading and managing geotechnical projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage geotechnical projects from proposal to completion, including budgeting, personnel allocation, and client relationships.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to company procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure Pinchin's geotechnical services remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering or related field.
  • Senior-level experience in geotechnical engineering, with a proven track record of project management and leadership.
  • Professional Engineering Designation in British Columbia or eligibility for registration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
