Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Lead to join our team at ICM Group. As an Electrical Project Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are implemented in accordance with the design and responding timely to questions related to field conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Prepare and monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner to maintain project momentum.
  • Communication: Communicate project status updates to senior management and clients to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Offshore Experience: Valid Offshore certifications and relevant work experience in the applied position are required.
