We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead our electrical construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and manage electrical field operations, including work sequence and coordination with project engineers.
- Review and approve project estimates, plans, and job cost updates.
- Manage and lead project management teams, including project superintendents and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with client/project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Responsible for project closeout, including securing loose ends, finishing paperwork, and expediting claims.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of overall work experience within the construction industry.
- At least 6 years of work experience managing electrical aspects of commercial construction projects with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, project owner specifications, engineering drawings, and other project documents/reports.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
