About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our team at Freska Holdings Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Develop and implement recipes and menu items to meet customer preferences and dietary needs.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or retail service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and supervise staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
