We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Total Rewards Analyst to join our team at BentallGreenOak. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our employee benefits programs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our Group Benefits and Retirement plans, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional client service to employees, answering benefit and pension inquiries and ensuring they understand and maximize their benefits.
  • Collaborate with employees, managers, and business partners to resolve leaves of absence, disability, and other related matters.
  • Support the Manager, Total Rewards in the year-end compensation cycle, including ad-hoc analysis, investigations, and resolutions of issues.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources and group benefits administration and compensation analysis.
  • Progressing towards a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service.
