Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine Statements of Work (SOW) for new projects and add-ons.
  2. Take on an Agile lead role for the pod, driving efficiency and quality.
  3. Allocate resources effectively across customer install base, new projects, and support activities.
  4. IDentify process enhancements aligned with departmental goals.
  5. Participate in kick-off meetings, customer ops meetings, and project leadership meetings as required.
  6. Maintain risk awareness throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with project managers to address emerging challenges.
  7. Provide regular updates on team velocity, capacity, and changes, as well as project timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
  8. E nsure seamless adoption of Agile tools by team members.
Line Management:
  1. Set clear performance expectations, objectives, KPIs, and monitor progress for each team member.
  2. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports, identifying areas for improvement and development, and checking in on individual well-being.
  3. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members within the portfolio.
  4. Share updates on team performance, accomplishments, challenges, and resource needs.
  5. Manage time off and time reporting for the team.
  6. Ow n the performance management lifecycle for each team member.
  7. Monitor training and development opportunities for team members.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, fluency in English, and at least 5 years of experience as a program or portfolio manager. Experience as a People leader and successful management of large enterprise projects are also essential. A PMP certification, Scrum for deployment knowledge, and familiarity with PACS/Radiology/DICOM and HL-7 are highly desirable but not mandatory.
