At KING'S RIDGE MONTESSORI, we are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with experience in preparing cheques for payroll and maintaining financial records.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. They will also be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, as well as preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent oral and written communication skills. The candidate should have experience working in a team environment and be able to manage their time effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent in a related field, with 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
