Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Officer to join our team at King's Ridge Montessori. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions and activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial or accounting role.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
