Dental Sterilization Flow Coordinator Job Description

Maple Dental Centre is seeking a part-time Dental Sterilization Assistant/Patient Greeter and Office Flow Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly salary for this position is between $18.00-21.00 per hour. Additionally, we offer various benefits including dental care and on-site parking.

Job Responsibilities
  • Confirm appointments for the next week.
  • Confirm next day appointments.
  • Put patients in their corresponding operatory/room.
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments.
  • Set up instrument trays.
  • Assist dentist and hygienists by cleaning rooms in between patients.
  • Greet patients, manage patient comfort, and provide customer care services.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred).
  • Administrative assistant experience: 1 year (preferred).
  • Dental receptionist experience: 2 years (required).
