Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project start-ups, including the setup of project billings and cost accounting systems.
- Support contract management, including tendering and awarding of work or supply materials.
- Assist with the review and processing of invoices and progress claims.
- Manage project documentation, including the tracking of project milestones and financial deadlines.
- Coordinate project close-out activities, including the preparation of warranty packages and the collection of warranty and O&M manuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in project coordination, contract administration, and project management.
- Knowledge of project management software, including Procore and Salus.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and establish a culture of accountability.
