Project Overview

Wildstone Group is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project start-ups, managing contract administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project start-ups, including the setup of project billings and cost accounting systems.
  • Support contract management, including tendering and awarding of work or supply materials.
  • Assist with the review and processing of invoices and progress claims.
  • Manage project documentation, including the tracking of project milestones and financial deadlines.
  • Coordinate project close-out activities, including the preparation of warranty packages and the collection of warranty and O&M manuals.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, contract administration, and project management.
  • Knowledge of project management software, including Procore and Salus.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and establish a culture of accountability.
