Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our team at Wildstone Group. In this role, you will be responsible for project setup, subcontract management, and closeout. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project start-up: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project directory, assist with project billings, and ensure all necessary documents are in place.
  2. Support contract management: Review and process invoices, progress claims, and tenders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Project coordination: Assist with mechanical material take-offs, procurement, and RFI processes, as well as general administrative and record-keeping functions.
  4. Project close-out: Prepare warranty packages, collect relevant documents, and ensure a smooth transition to the next phase.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in project coordination, with knowledge of project setup, subcontract management, and closeout.
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications such as Procore and Salus.
  4. Relevant certifications, such as a Plumbing/Pipefitting Journeyperson Certificate or EIT designation in mechanical engineering.
