About the Role: JSK Electrical Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects and teams.


Job Summary:


We are looking for a skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the smooth execution of our residential construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality standards.



Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Budgeting: Manage project expenses, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality of workmanship, materials, and finished products, adhering to industry standards and company expectations.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues promptly, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.


Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction management or a related field.
  • Skills:

    • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
    • Organizational: Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
    • Technical: Proficiency in construction software, tools, and technologies.
