Main Responsibilities of a Construction Project Coordinator:
  • Effective interpretation and execution of construction plans.
  • Leading and coordinating a team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
  • Strong communication skills, interfacing with project managers to report progress, address issues, and implement directives.
  • Mentorship and technical expertise to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

We are seeking a qualified Construction Project Coordinator for various construction projects, ensuring efficient, effective, and safe execution.

This role involves performing physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and equipment. A good candidate must be able to understand and follow set drawings and scopes of work, ensure staff and sub-trades compliance, adhere to health and safety protocols, and communicate with project managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Understanding and following set drawings and scopes of work.
  • Ensuring staff and sub-trades compliance.
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Communicating with project managers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks.
