TrueLine Construction Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Skilled Masonry Craftsman to join our team.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical fitness and ability to work at heights. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units for commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate materials, tools, and equipment required for projects;
  • Lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide veneer facing;
  • Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools;
  • Instruct apprentices;
  • Supervise other workers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The job is physically demanding and requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in various weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

The salary range is estimated based on the cost of living in the area and industry standards.
