Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Chester Service Centre Limited.

Job Summary:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, organized, and strong time management skills.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Support for Youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
